There will be a presentation about the importance of diverse art and Melissa will be answering questions about her experience working on this painting and her work as an artist.

For decades, we have had access to the same library of Christian art to use at church and in our homes. You are probably very familiar with these images. Wouldn’t it be nice to change things up? Having access to diverse images of Christ blesses marginalized people in our wards and communities. It helps them feel seen and welcomed in our buildings.
